Exactly that b2hs2l, people at Kevin’s level who build teams will have a huge amount of contacts and will know exactly who he wants to support him and what they can offer the American team he is helping create .
He will have no doubt been offered something , shares or target driven bonuses such as the IT IS management and be very pro active in fulfilling GM’s Brief .
This will take time though , so keep holding and keep patient all genuine holders.

We are certainly been built up into the mid cap company GM has already stated he wants to achieve .
Unfortunately this won’t happen over night , unless we are taken out first I’m guessing this is at least 12 month hold minimum before we start seeing big price rises in the market so and share price.
Patience is KEY in holding this share at the moment .

That could be the biggie blue light . I’m no closer to discovering who the partner is but it could be anyone from the long list of big pharma we have been working with from the start, GSK or Astra ?
Or one of the smaller diagnostic divisions such as ourselves who have more of a LFT manufacturing background .
Long shot but it would be great to be involved with the new innova lab been built in wales and we could actually help provide ACCURATE LFT tests .

How on earth can we be valued a sell gasman ?
We still have some of the best tests on market , great contacts , unicef , WHO etc.
Even if we have to knock approx £27 million sales off with the DHSC dispute we are still in such a better position that many of these other diagnostic pharma monnows he keep getting gobbled up .

I agree with you k and b2h, I’m certainly not questioning GM’s credibility .
Another way of fighting off a hostile takeover is to raise the share price thus hopefully putting off potential buyers . The company could do this by releasing all or some of these contracts by RNS and putting the company in a more positive light .
They haven’t , why not ?

@bluemoon . That is the only rational explanation to a totally irrational failure to even try to prop or maintain the share price up by Novacyt directors .
They do so much right testwise , recruitment , etc but they seem happy watching the share price drop 70% from all time highs .
Why else would ANY company let this happen without doing something ?

I think poidsters thread was probably a bit close to the issue in hand with the DHSC and after speaking to one of his medical contacts . After reading it from what I gathered a load of tests kits where ordered but not found to be quick or easy enough and dhsc wanted to swap for promate and questioned payment . Nothing wrong with the original tests but superceeded by quicker and easier to use promate .
All seems to go in our favour as DHSC new what they were ordering in the first place and accepted the original test kits.

Perfect for so many scenarios , board a cruise ship get a test . Feeling unwell on a cruise ship , stay in your room and the test can come to you without leaving your room and potentially infecting others .
Applies to oil rigs in the same fashion .
