should make the balance sheet look a lot healthier

I'm certainly no expert but I can't believe with 72 million dollars coming in, all the CE money to be received and a deep flowing at 500bopd that the price is down this week.

Confirmed for 88 million. Done and dusted by end of Oct hopefully
