Zoros - I don't think you mean a stop loss as the shares would then sell if the price is below what you set. You should set a sell order at many multiples of todays price.

Definitely a good move Mylucy123. You could swear that he's the only one who's underwater at this level. Most here will be in the same boat but don't whinge half as much. He needs to grow a set or quit the stock market.

Keeping the 5% is not an option available to GGP. If both parties cannot agree a price then it goes to arbitration and an independent would set a price that NCM would need to pay. I assume that they could also say no (highly unlikely) and then we’d be left with the 30%.
