My understanding would be that they would increase the dose level (assuming no adverse events) but not until the first cohort of paeds is complete. They could then potentially lower the age range and start again at the lowest dose.

Charts do have a place but not on micro caps or AIM. News is undoubtedly the main catalyst along with sentiment. I've seen many chartists come and go and they're happy to tell you about their gains but never their losses. They're all chancers - including Zak Mir. I remember Aldermoron when he first arrived here at around £1.40 proclaiming the charts indicated we were doomed and then the SP went to £17.

Charting absolutely pointless on micro cap or AIM as they are mostly sentiment driven. Plenty of charlatans out there who will try to convince you but they never tell you about the losses they make. Only of any use on FTSE100 or 250.

I'm afraid you'll get wildly varying value predictions here HC. You'll have the uber rampers saying £100 by July and the uber fudders saying we're going bust.

If you've done your research, you'll know what the science is worth but whether Vlad can deliver full value remains to be seen.
