Stonk - it's not the sanctions that's the issue with the sale of WK, it's the threat of nationalisation. The board are concerned that if they don't act know the government may just take it. It's a distressed sale and could already be to a Russian entity. If the taxes are revised soon then they could still sell but for the $251m price not the $9m we're currently getting.

Brakes won't really come off until Russians remove or drastically reduce exit taxes etc. If they do this quickly then there's a chance that we could cancel the WK sale and get true value.
