Working well21 Nov 2018 16:23
When it comes to doing a thing and I mean’doing’ by people working together and delivering on production it is important to get a lot of things right. The best systems fail because of an unwillingness or a lack of understanding by those operating it. The worst systems can sometimes can succeed through the willingness of those involved to make it so. These things I have experienced having had involvement with on various projects. At la Parilla I have seen top top plant, a huge ore body and met impressively committed team members with incredible CVs. I have seen infrastructure and have travelled on the roads. I have met some of those involved in the finance, Then we have the loan financing from Blackrock following severe due diligence. Then we have an agreed grant for several million. Then we have enthusiastic support from the local population, regional govt etc. We are in the EU. We have agreed demand for 80% of product before we start. We are running under budget. Huge production figures to come. Installation and commissioning ahead of schedule. ..... and we have prices for tin and tungsten above what was expected in the FID. We are capitalised at 13miliion. Much of the equity is held by solid LTH. The BOD and CEO are heavily invested. Yet we still get the troll knockers..........,oh did I mention the gold? All we got to do is have a modicum of patience, not too bad at all.
