I think he takes pleasure in hiding his cards under the table. You are of course correct, he has little to no respect for pi's and he cannot seem to recognise that he personally would seem to be the problem. A geologist who to me demonstrates absolutely no business acumen and continually fails to deliver any real shareholder value. If we had a good quality CEO with people skills, we should by now be reaping the rewards of an arduous prolonged process in securing the mining licence.

The price to buy, you want to stop buying and encourage sellers. It doesn't seem to matter how much the sell they wont allow the sp to climb.

yes - nearly 6 years ago !!!!! - our sp was . 325p. It is now 29.23% lower after nearly 6 long years and dilution after dilution.

I don't get all this talk about it taking an age to pass legal eagles on both sides- utter rubbish IMVHO. An offer can be made subject to the satisfactory completion due diligence. Why would both sides go to huge expense in legal fees before any offer is put to the shareholder base ? Is this BOD so arrogant that they think they can complete a deal without formal shareholder approval and just do what they want ? !!

I have been saying for years - Marketing - appalling - Sales - non existent.

As it stands we have a bit of land with a pile of rubble at the CS Project - if nobody wants it, we have nothing there. If PC is being naively towed along but a company who's interest may only be a side-line distraction, then we need to start talking to others and embarking on a detailed and effective marketing strategy. Remember all the Conventions PC attended long before the mining approval. Did he not gain any interest or useful contacts ?

This BOD are second division dreamers IMVHO who continue to disappoint year after year. They need ousted and bring in quality people with the right skill sets.

Enough is enough guys - PC continues to disrespect his shareholder base and in reality tells us nothing of any great significance.
