The counterparty ("the Purchaser") is a long established buyer and processor of raw perlite. The Purchaser's identity is being held confidential for commercial reasons.

Just over £2m Twiggy, but in the Financial Year Accounts 30th September 2016 the number of shares in issue was 1,120m and now it is 3,702m - so in real terms we have gone next to nowhere in 5 years in terms of delivering shareholder value.

This is the stark reality of exactly what value the SRES BOD deliver to shareholders !

Gain in value 4.65% - although much less in reality due to give numerous give away placings diluting value substantially in real terms.

5 years and this has gone nowhere even with our mining licence. This BOD have continually failed us and should be sacked - the lot of them. In the real world they would have gone long ago - absolutely abysmal . Enough is enough !!!!
