So there we have it - a very simple sting which goes on daily on this cesspit of a market and completely unregulated. Fraud is the new king - no longer Cash !!!

In this day and age with so called regulatory protection, to have a BOD who are clearly hell bent on doing everything possible to DESTROY the company and shaft the very same shareholders who have paid their undeserved wages. Is to me easy to figure out. The less said the better for fear of incriminating themselves. This will end up in court and the crooks responsible will be held to justice. The staged run down to this end game was to enable the money to get scattered as widely as possible to make the fraud as hard as possible to unravel. There are many invested who will be more than happy to be involved in a class action to bring these fraudsters to justice. Why else did Mulholland stay strum after the going concern bombshell, and why else did his successor choose to stay totally silent through his whole tenure and has now seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth.

First the 'going cocern ' debacle with no follow up from Mullholland to placate the market.

Now the 'JV talks have collapsed' - again absolutely nothing from this excuse for a BOD to reassure anybdy. So clearly this is their strategy !!

The bottom line here seems to me that the big boys have moved in - taken a hold, and are now trashing the company so that they can pick it up on the cheap in a fire sale. And this BOD seem to be doing EVERYTHING to help them.

THIS IS WHY THE WORLD IS IN SUCH A MESS - VERY GREEDY RICH PEOPLE WITH AN INSATIABLE DESIRE TO GET EVEN RICHER AT THE EXPENSE OF SMALL INVESTORS. WHAT A SHOWER OF ABSOLUTE CROOKS IN MY VERY HUMBLE OPINION !!!!
