Absolutely Tottyman - the lower the sp the more shares the directors get in lieu of salary. It is just as bad as currency manipulation to suit political / business needs. In short to me - theft / stealing from other shareholders !!! AIMVHO

starve the sp down to a ridiculously low level and then scoop some more up for your self. As they say = 'nice work when you can get it' !!!! The price is this low because you have not managed to secure mining approval/s and not even one actual offtake agreement. A veritable legend in your own mind. AIMVHO

has so far proved to be very costly for me. Time to actually do a deal that respects your long term shareholders Patrick. Now tell us what is going on or if you have sold the jerseys !

this trading to me is being orchestrated to hide the fact that Patrick is about to hit us with a massively discounted placing and no opportunity for ordinary pi's to become involved - all conjecture on my part - I really hope that I am very wrong !

jsd71, unfortunately I think we have gone too far for that - the existing management seem to have missed a golden opportunity and I think ACP is now near the end of the line. If they can blow an opportunity like this then the company should never have been allowed to trade on any stock market, including the cesspit better known as AIM. The existing incompetent management have unfortunately blown all credibility in the market in my opinion and the company unfortunately now seem doomed to collapse soon - All in my very humble opinion. I wish things were very different.

And remind me jsd71 - just how does our resource compare to there other 2 companies, and the average flake quality ?? - the difference being our management are clearly novices playing with our money. Project after project - same outcome zilch - and then HEY PRESTO - another dead cert appears being ramped to the limit- 'dead' unfortunately being the real operative word for these amateur beginners clearly with NO MEANINGFUL INDUSTRY CONTACTS AND NO REAL BUSINESS ACUMIN ! are all these cheap shares appearing from with seemingly not sells to match them up with. Somebody seems to know when to get out and at what price. Is a large delayed sell going to miraculously appear ? Very disappointing Patrick !

Bang on Tottyman - is he working with the mm's to get a cheap placing away - normal AIM disgusting practice. That nonsense is for company's who have little to offer and struggle to raise capital. If Patrick is to believed (in numerous RNS's issued over the past 2 years), then we should absolutely be in a very strong position to raise capital, involve a mining company to carry out the works in some sort of joint venture or sell off other assets to fund the project.

We should be in a very strong position if all we have been told is believed, however we seem to be playing a strong hand very weakly - when I say we, I mean Patrick. If this fails he better not take up poker for a living !!!

This in surface / near surface mining - not expensive relatively to other forms. Lets get permissions completed, off take agreements signed and get the bloody stuff processed and start making some money - after all, is that not what it is all about ?! AIMVHO
