I was stating that the co we have partnered with that deal in media, receives millions of visitors monthly in website traffic. That helps us unlock free exposure to a good number of users.

Revenue has increased 3 times in a row without any real start in ramp up for the betting site.

Super Bowl and World Cup, 2 massive events that we are now using to our advantage to hopefully improve numbers massively. It will undoubtedly cause a massive spike in our user base thanks to these 2 events, and with needing such a small amount of capital to employ new users- thanks to estadio gana. These news users will be at a very low cost.

Once we find out how we are getting on with new users, it’ll show how undervalued we are. Especially at a 50% + discount to the listing price.

With the help of the media platform Estadio Gana, it will be hard to NOT hit 50-75k users in relatively short order. Once hit, we are then looking at generating $30-40m in revenue.

Once at this stage 2p is off the charts, we could be heading toward new acquisitions, buyout territory and more. The users wont magically stop at 75k, the more popular we become, the faster we will grow.

The potential is insane.

Could've needed a huge discounted raise, but this guy swoops in and takes a lot of stock at 1p. Regardless of intention there will be a big ramp up on news and PR to get the SP up from 1p.

With a potential $35m+ warchest whilst such a small macp, this could have insane potential.

By that logic, they could also be back above $100 and were now making 20 fold the amount..

And the only little risk is £7m to pay off, which I'm sure BoD will be working hard to make a plan for.

Regardless of the DCB, we are nearly 5x that in WeShop shares. We should be multiples of the current level.

BoD has no need to rush into announcing anything as the loan holder is likely very happy to extend as they have done previously

Thoughts on what's causing the SP decline?

Placing done and dusted with a major unknown investor stepping in at 1p - Not sure why we haven't found out who this is yet.

Expected a strong floor at 1p and a push towards 2p with news

Do you see any major concerns /reasons the company couldn't hit 40k + tonnes per month booboouber? With the help of great weather which is quite significant as harsh conditions can shut mines down temporarily, we should have a pretty good shot at hitting that IMO

Agreed, charts are completely redundant in these types of stocks.

If the debt gets shifted / extended then this jumps up 100-200% in minutes. Regardless without that, it still stands that Weshop shares are valued at 3-4x current mcap.

I imagine board are working hard on a resolution for the debt situation too. Hard to not see it do well from these levels
