The only reason this company exists is to give the directors £160+ salaries you muppet. Stop talking pure crap.

Its about time shareholders came together and chucked out these lifestyle directors, they don't add credibility, they dont do anything other than raise millions of stock at hefty discounts so they can continue taking home a chunky salary for little to zero work.

To top it off they hold less than £5k worth of stock. It's a complete slap in the face for holders.

It doesn't matter if there is better or worse out there. Otherwise I can say TOO raised at market value and CEO took a big chunk with zero warrants etc.,

Whether other companies have raised at a discount or premium, it has no bearing on this company. a 30% discounted raise is disgusting however you want to put it. Could it be worse? Sure! But that doesn't mean it isnt terrible.

Clearly Doc see's other options available, hes been hinting at that quite often now.

Terrible raise and thank god for Doc and everyone else turning it down.

In no way shape of form is a discount of 30%+ a good raise.

Yep! Been a few this week.

Perhaps the same person that bought £30k / £20k chunks last week buying in smaller chunks to get a better price?

Either way, someone has been accumulating recently which is great to see.

Very interesting this and makes sense why we randomly finished 4% up.

Also multiple 20k+ buys from last Friday showing up too. Looks like the buyer has potentially taken £110k + in the past 2 trading sessions.

I do believe they’re done, I think that’s why they TR’d it and suddenly stopped.

We can’t know for sure but I wouldn’t expect them to suddenly care about the pride when they were happily to dump near 0.2p rather aggressively

Seems to me, they got to a certain point and stopped. They took some after the relist at a much higher price k believe so I’d also be surprised if within 1-2 months they decided they no longer have interest

Cant say for 100% certainty but the fact we’ve not seen any further block dumping is the main reason.

If they were still selling that would mean they’re going to 0%, if that was the case I’d expect aggressive dumping like before and the SP falling, we’ve not seen any of that.

So imo they had no intention of selling it all, maybe they needed cash for some or other reason

SP moving much better now. Only takes a few buys and it’s off.

Shows the damage a big seller can do, but glad to see they’re done and dusted.

Should be onwards and upwards from here, next week need numbers, the real deal from the betting side. Glad to see a good amount of cash ready to deploy at it too

Great update, clearing the decks to move forward now IMO.

- Cash balance looking closer to £3m+ now allowing a lot of capital to chuck at the World cup to help GANA crush that 75k+ users goal

- Losses down significantly once excluding 1 off RTO fees and costs involved

- 2 Huge appointments to help get the betting platform on it's feet

It’s a new company now in my eyes, and that’s why I’m invested. 0.4 isn’t even a difficult level to hit, clear to see Utmost caused majority of the recent SP decline and now it appears they’ve stopped

Proof this week with absolutely zero 5m / 6m /10m block sells.

Must've needed cash for reasons outside of their control and them continuing to hold 2%+ of the company shows that it is NOT a reflection of the company.

Book was a lot thinner today, ask was moving up on every buy. Compared to last week we had tons of buying and no movement + lots of block 5m - 10m sells.

We’ve had none this week so far, just buys and the SP moving up nicely.

Plus they’ve finally TR1’d and reported it after weeks of selling. Cant say for 100% certainty but I think this is them saying they’ve finished selling.
