Actually ignore that comment. Following re-structuring, options 2 and 3 demonstrate the bonds being paid off with some cash remaining for shareholder distribution.

Yeah this is not true. Figures above is cash remaining following payment of debt. This is very clearly illustrated by Hurricane in their presentation.

No one is trying to keep the volume under the radar.

Volume has been pretty constant out with the 18th Dec 2020 and 14th Jan 2021 RNS's. A slight uptick in the past couple of days but in reality nothing to shout about.

The CPR does not state billions of reserves in the slightest. Infact, in the grand scheme of things the revision of reserve classification in regards to the EPS alone wasn't that bad.

I think this is the prudent way forward.
My understanding is that BP produce from the sandstone formations on the Clair field, and I believe that they assume the underlying fractured basements are charging those reservoirs.
I'm no geologist, but I believe that Hurricane would be wise to begin targeting the sandstone first and foremost, whilst undertaking further study on how the fractured basements are potentially charging these reservoirs.
Although, I could be completely wrong I don't see how the potential oil in place within the sandstone could be within re-assed estimates as they haven't been touched, although I do generally agree with the approach the company has taken by significantly reducing in place resource estimates as further works should in reality/hopefully begin increasing these again.
For me, targeting the sandstone should be priority now.

They very clearly stated that production would restart following the inspection. It has restarted. I don't need an RNS to tell me this. Why? Because they would have had to inform the market if it hadn't restarted.

I don't think I've ever been on such a whiny investors board in my life. A board that tries to twist and manipulate everything it is told as somehow being bad news.

The answer is not "no" to both. If the level of production is enough to pay back the bond on maturity date, then the answer is yes. Additionally, the convertibles cannot be exchanged for equity unless the share price hits a level significantly higher than current.

It's unclear to me why so many people are getting hard/aroused over the bond. It will be either rolled over, paid back in full or an alternative arrangement put in place. There will be no release of additional equity to settle the bond.
