Read the Jan presentation and Nov - dec RNS ... they have interested parties for the farm out so it is happening sooner rather than later.

The farm out will happen and this will move up. Read previous rns ... they have interested parties so will happen.

The farm out news will deffo come soon, as mentioned before, the BOD have mentioned in previous news releases that they have interested parties - they extended the deadline to have the farm out complete before Q1 2019 to attract higher offers - this should be delivered soon. Unlike the Winx results, the farm out seems significantly more certain. Gla. Holding.

Could it be delivered today? Tomorrow? One things for sure its deffo coming. Will mean more cash for 88e

88e, whilst all results such as winx are not positive, they always deliver deadlines and when they make a point they stick to it. Theyve told us they have parties interested, and they will extend the deadline only to bring in a better deal for us, and that is to be delivered before Q1

Todays buy rating must have been influenced by the fact the bod made it clear in previous RNS that they have parties that have shown strong interest in FO - the FO has always been the biggest most valuable thing we have been looking forward to and like wolverine007 says WInx-1 was pretty much sideline. Have hope here - 2.7p does still stand on our cards if not more based on Yukon, Icewine x2 and the farm outs with icewine. have faith ye and let not the negative comments by those that dont even hold but still troll the forum (ask yourself why) - all is good here.

As well as an operational update across all projects so that should be good. We will be back up in no time. Bet the morning sellers that sold at 0.65 regretting it... could have got 0.85 if you waited. Will continue rising imho.... too much going here to let one negative atom keep us down.

WAussie - i agree - alot more to look forward to here. News due soon - hopefully its the farm out news. They will have been waiting to pull that card out as we know there have been interested parties and the extension was purely to generate more interest for the farm out - lets see what the next few days brings... im still confident here... very confident

Winx isnt dead - its just whether the company wants it to be dead or not - they could drill deeper, drill a different area, carry out more data analysis - chances are they may get great results from doing this but the farm out is worth more to shareholder value so im thinking they will be trying to deliver that... Once farm out news comes dont expect this to be anything less than 3p and unlike Winx-1, the farm out is going to happen and money will change hands.

Whilst i say it could reach 20p please dont forget the company hasnt actually announced they are not delisting and converting to private company - this is just someone on twitter saying that. HL will issue a buy warning when buying which states 'NetScientific plc is proposing to delist on or around 18 March 2019. Following the delisting you may have difficulty selling this investment at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be impossible to sell it at any price. If you proceed with a purchase you do so on the understanding that you have read and understood this warning.'

This is down to it not being delisted + some news expected in terms of operations. Could easily see 20p today here at this volatility

Absolutely agreed - We acquired Winx cheap - whilst more work could bring good results it wasnt what we was expecting HOWEVER we may have wrote of the western block but we still have 3 other potentially major exploration programs including 2 x icewine (conventional and non conventional) which will be part of the farm out scheme soon giving us extra cash & the Yukon project which we should have an operational update on soon. We have far more to gain here.

False hope? The bod have made it clear in the January presentation and in previous RNS releases that there are developers interested - therefore 2 farm outs are pending - they extended deadlines to bring in more interest and get better offers but farm outs is happening which is big news and will drive the SP - whilst winx was hope, the farm outs are going to happen... just a matter of how much for.

Few farm outs pending here with many interested parties. If they go through then whose to say 10p is impossible. Realistically 5p... but it is the aim. Farm outa imminenet... they extended the deadline and got a few more interested parties from doing so.... great back up plan.... stronger than PANR AND RMP all day long.

Today HL have issued a buy rating on this.
