Feb '19 shell bought into Cluff naturals north sea license and cluff retained 30% interest whilst other 70% went to shell... shell coughed up 100% of the working capital. Now no old news that the north sea may be close to getting dried up ... it may likely be Shell that buy into iw but cant say for certain. Hopefully we get a upfront payment to progress other projects to then see further growth

The UK would never hold such a net prospective amount so our farm out in comparison is much larger in terms of volume thus making deal bigger.

And believe me farm outs have in the past resulted in huge gains for a company.... if the deal goes through sweetly we get upfront cash and periodic payments plus profits plus some reserved interest if production and all this will someone else does all the manual graft. Its a repetitive story. People deramp, share moves up, they try buy in on a spike and never can which is why patience is always the key to a good investment. FO news closer than ever, spike is around corner so i agree now is the right time. Good times ahead with confidence.

I have no doubt we will retain a good portion of interest in icewine whilst being able to fund YUKON with proceeds and also achieving fo of Icewine unconventional. Farm out will no doubt be a good deal as we hold the largest amount of net prospective resource on the Aim market... Very confident this will hit minimum 3p on the drop of farm out news which by now we all know is happening at the end of the month. The Farm out is happening in June. I agree that the Ice wine conventional recieved interests wide and large - and the unconventional had many offers but not as much. People have waited over a year for this and it will now show that patience is the key to a fruitful investment. The amount of time its taken shows it will be a good deal for us. I remember weeks ago many saying its not going to happen, dw is blagging etc. Ive noted them usernames and look forward to confronting you for the lack of research and confidence in this company even though DW has been giving you it on a plate. Winx might have been a slight bump but positives will come with that site once more analysis and drilling is done. This is probably one of the best contenders for those seeking a 1000% UPRISE over the next ten years, currently the only company on aim with such a large net prospective.
