Great news this morning. This is really setting itself up for a takeover.... increased volumes of copper, gold and silver. We have even more as of this morning. Now you can break the 21p easily... could the big buys last week have known about this?

Before this indigenous situation kicked in this share was comfortable around 40p - 45p a year or so ago... if you can fix the situation and generate world class resource from a world class site then surely a world class sp is in order. Sharing some thought. No complex algorithms or mathematical equations required to work out where this is heading broker.novice

Ive been around a while and can honestly say that not come across this before. No placing as this was the term during large share issue previously (see rns) when you are talking about a world class discovery you cannot compare to much. If a placing ever does happen i cant see anything but north of 50p

Very confident here. Once the situ in Ecuador is sorted , which i believe it will as its in the strong interest of Ecuadorian economy.... will boost significantly. Its one of them shares that you have to hold onto until the big news where some serious spiking should be seen. At these prices the risk is healthy for any faint hearted investor. Agree with earthlings post this is a tier 1 discovery.

35k buy UT, still doesnt beat yesterdays 340K

Nobody buys that much in a company without knowing something - takeover very likely. I only base that on the large buys that are coming in over the past two days. And as much as we hate insider trading, it happens.

Some heavy buys to close yesterday approx 500K GBP. Director buys?

I agree with the 50p + range. Of course, the RNS will not mean anything unless you are aware of rock sampling and the significance of it. The RNS is in simple words indicating that we are on a site where the chance of intercepting high levels of resource are high. Reading the rock chip mineralisation section, this is probably the most important bit showing the grades of copper (CU) and gold (AU) which look very promising . Seeing minor/major signs of valuable minerals closer to the surface is an indicator that beneath will be higher grade minerals resulting in much more extraction and production. The magnetics provide strong signs of additional zones indicating a potential for higher yield. Bottom line – direction is changing – growth is coming – production will increase – buying in at the rock bottom price means higher return. Judging by the decent buys today this must be a shared view. SOLG take it away and show us the profit.
