Looks like the share has found stable ground now. Maybe a good time to buy while at this low price . It’s a waiting game , maybe tomorrow next week or next month but worth a punt as the reward should be transformational for Matad and shareholders at these prices .
Fingers crossed eh !!!
There’s bound to be a slight dip as the share has risen over I think 50% during the last week. A small retrace then hopefully hold at these levels or maybe climb slightly on anticipation of licence.
Just a waiting game for now, have a cup of tea and a biscuit.
A nice couple of days for Matad, just think when, fingers crossed, we get our exploitation licence where the share price will be , so glad I got back in a couple of months ago .
If all goes to plan that 50 pence per share will do me nicely thank you .
Best of luck to all Matad investors new and old .
Totally agree with Ivan’s and warrior, it’s just a wait game, the worlds going through uncertain times at the moment with covid so obviously things are slower in being completed ie the licence but I’m sure it will come, not that far away in my opinion and what other companies take a 50% pay cut ? None that I have heard of to keep a placing at bay . So I think when the licence is granted we will have a partner lined up and hopefully we will be then fully funded for the remainder of our drilling campaign. All in my own opinion may I add .
Yep I`m with you there. A million is probably a drop in the ocean to what some investors have here but would have bought more but Val has sucked me dry over the last two years. As soon as I sold up they share went up, typical !!! Lol
Spot on Ojay, I’m back in with a million shares after the madness of three years ago, kept an eye on this and in my opinion at these prices plus oil in the ground should be a good investment, as long as all goes to plan but hey ho you takes your chances it’s all a bit of a gamble at the end of the day but hopefully odds seem to be looking our way .
Touch wood and all that .
Yes I`m quite happy the share price is holding and I`m looking forward to good news and a rather sharp rise in the share price.
Fingers crossed its in the next month so a partner can be signed and we can commence with at least a drill this year and get Heron on line.
I think they had no idea the share price was going to rise as it did that's why they have issued a warning. They in my opinion organised a placing at a much lower price and are now a little panicked as there would have been so much backlash if they hadn`t sent out this warning.
I think the company had no choice but to raise as I said earlier they are broke, and if you did your research you would know this and have expected a placing.
And when do you think there will be a revenue stream from the Japanese ?
probably years away if they decide to use anything from Val that is.
Crazy just wait for the placing and then go from there. Don`t get caught in this pump...
Was last in this share three years ago when it was at thirty odd pence per share, crazy times but made a few bob on the ups and downs as they were at the time quite predictable to read back then.
In the last couple of weeks have bought back in as I think the share price at the moment is a bargain. We have the oil, on getting the licence which I think will be sooner rather than later as its so beneficial to the Mongolian government saving them millions of dollars in importing oil from Russia and china. The share price in my opinion should at least double from where it is now upon licence approval and I think then there could be a partner announced to share the cost of the next three wells. Share price then should be way past ten pence so if things do go to plan a good buy in at the moment.
Just my opinion and I have all my fingers crossed for myself and long time holders..
