Been slowly investing in here for a while. One of my favourite REITs. It's been a great place to put my dividends from elsewhere.

Whatever! THS is my largest portfolio holding at 6.5%. Will re invest the dividend, but other than that I'm happy holding. I like share buy backs, but this company genuinely has better places for the cash. Very happy with the growth since I invested.

Sotolo, 25p is a 6 month EPS, annualised 50p? PE of 3?

Main item for me is, delivering on strategy, and they are. EPS around 25p for only 6 months is superb. On a PE of around 3. I'm well pleased.

For a gold miner I like PAF. Medium size, good development prospects and a nice divi. Similar to here really, although THS has the edge for me.

JPMorgan raises Aviva price target to 535 (520) pence - 'overweight'

Can't work out why we haven't shot up past £4.50 towards £5. There must be a massive share squeeze with people wanting to reinvest and get their original share count back. Just need time I guess. Takes some longer to realise what a stonking dividend return we are forecast at the current share price.

Look at it like this. The company has just executed a buy back of 24% of the company without impacting the share price. There seems like only one way this share will go. UP.

With a 9% potential dividend for the next 12 months I'm happy. Anyone reinvesting the cash now owns 30% more of the company than before. The mcap has dropped by the cash return, but to me it looks like revenue and profit generation should not have changed much.

Also bit the bullet and reinvested. Now own 30% more of the company than I did before and a few quid left in my pocket!

Yeah, the ROC line remained for about 5 mins, then disappeared. ROC line still on my SIPP.

I will probably reinvest here as long as the price doesn't rise. However shares are falling and this is being held up by the capital return. My fear is that after a day or two these will catch up on the fall. My LG shares are plummeting.

The gain HL show looks like the profit you have made on your investment. Mine is now split into two with one line showing the capital return, and the other my reduced holding. No cash yet but expecting the cash line to automatically convert later.

Off the wall. A friend of mine has a Russian ex wife. He's just told me that she always questioned him why Britain didn't join WW2 against the Nazis until 1942. That is what they are taught. There is a strong belief if Russia that they went it alone against Germany. Then you may see why anti Nazi propaganda is so strong there.

Hence its not a path I see anyone wanting to take.

It would get very messy. All Russian held assets inthe EU and UK would then be confiscated rather than frozen. We would default on any Russian held loans, and cancel all Russian held shares.

Spooky and quiet here? Is everyone just filling up as cheap as possible, and holding for peace like me?

Agree and done likewise. Only added 6% to my holding, but couldn't resist. Just need peace now, although may be a while off. A sniff of an improving situation and this will take off IMO.
