And the 800,000 was my buy
"Strange that the amount is lower hopefully they will take advantage of the lower price"
Or maybe they fully expect to be investing over £2m as they expect us to be significantly over the 2p baseline...?
Usually when a placing is done, its at a discount to current price and therefore to maximise the amount of money raised, you would ideally place after good news and therefore a higher share price. With the share agreement they have here, to maximise the money raised they would want to do it at the lowest point possible, as then the benchmark value (2p in this case) is as low as possible, and the higher above this it goes the more money they get. So to me it would make sense to do this placing before good news instead of after. We all know that we are expecting further news on NXP002 in January, and potential licencing for NXP004, so hopefully that explains the timing of the placement, and why it's prudent to do it now despite having money in the coffers still? Thoughts?
"Should Oxilio exercise the option, Nuformix will licence its patent estate and know-how on NXP001"
Does "patent estate" not imply the entire of the patents on NXP001, including the CINV parts, or am I missing something?

Soriot said: “We now have six potential blockbusters in oncology with more to come in our early and late pipelines.”
Outside chance?
Guess it could have also taken a while to fill and resulted in the rise too
Any thoughts on the 1.6mil (£66k) delayed trade from 10:08 yesterday? Looks like a sell given the price at the time? Maybe another big chunk cleared from DT? Certainly looked to stop the rise in its tracks
At the start of the year SNG was trading at around 6p per share, so definitely does go to show what can happen with the right news!
It says the change is due to "An event changing the breakdown of voting rights" rather than an acquisition or disposal or voting rights or financial instruments though?
Noticed this hidden deep in the RNS:
"The Group is pleased to announce that it has discovered new cocrystal drug forms for molecules of therapeutic and commercial interest."
Pleased to announce would suggest this is new news, and I can't recall seeing them announce this previously?
Does anyone have a view on whether 800psi is a good bottom hole pressure? From researching online it seems to depend on several factors for which we don't have info, however I can't seem to find any other announced figures from other companies / wells for a rough comparison. Is it not common practice for an oil company to announce this information? Fingers crossed for a blue week next week
Theoretical threat of $400 oil price: https://amp.theguardian.com/world/2018/oct/15/how-much-damage-can-saudi-arabia-do-to-the-global-economy Obviously an extreme scenario but extremes seem more and more common nowadays
The important thing imo is that we've taken a 4.5% dilution for just over 9% increase in stake of HH. So once the 9% extra we will get from every barrel sold is worth more than the £4.5 million it cost us for that share, it will be a good investment. So I'd say once income from oil sales from HH tops £50,000,000 we'll be in the green from the deal. That might be over simplistic or wrong but that's how I see it - open to other opinions / correction of my thoughts!
Thanks for the info. I just emailed the address on your post (claire.bay@stratexplc.com) asking to be added to the interested parties list for such communications and received confirmation almost immediately that I am now added to the list.
3 sells in a row at an increased price each time. Large buy being filled in the background?
Great steady buying pressure here. Still ticking up consistently. Feels like we're under the radar before the masses arrive
Price ticking up on nearly every trade without much volume. When news gets closer and is released this will soar
*first gold pour, not cold commissioning Another buy in this morning, good to see
Great 14k buy late yesterday, someone has confidence, and who can blame them? Get in early before the storm hits as this will move fast once we get closer to October and the cold commissioning
Last chance to get in near 2p. Post delay dip has already happened and been digested, I see a steady rise from here until news hits in the coming weeks
