It’s probably just a housekeeping issue with regards to the secretary as maybe the previous one has moved on naturally. Any news at the moment makes us anxious and we start to scenario. It’s the results of the audit we need to
hear about. I expect with Covid it’s slowing things down as it is everywhere

I believe we will hear something maybe this this week, early next. As requested the INEDS are having to work closely with HKEX to clear this issue. The rules with HKEX are much much stronger with regards to secrecy than they are with AIM, therefore i expect they are having a tough time with all of this. What we definately know is when we get through this it will be very transparent going forward.
Fingers crossed we get to find out very soon.

I believe they have struggled to get their end of year accounts done in 3 months. They have been used to getting 6 months with AIM. It shouldn’t be long now ??

I believe the 3 INEDs will complete the auditors request as quickly as they can and hopefully all of their issues are incorporated into the management accounts, therefore we wouldn’t anticipate any negative adjustments ??

Finally we have the start of an answer as its been a very dark journey . The investigation will take place now and what we will definately have shortly is some news which will have to switch the light on. The business looked in good health before it left AIM and the only real issue was the lack of exposure to further investors. I'm always optomistic so surley there has to be a logical explanantion behind the missing money or high fee's. Otherwise they are into a trust issue and the only way for that is down, they wouldnt be that stupid.
There was definately something wrong and now we will find out, CNEL explain yourselves as your shareholders need to know what we are investing in please.

Range resources was a shambles. In brief could anyone tell me the story about the demise of Range and how I managed to turn £11500 into £101.34.
Other than my own stupidity and thinking it had to get better what the hell happened

That's a great turn around of mindset Topmoney, we need to keep to the facts that we know. This is a great company with huge prospects we are just scenario planning to help decision making and this is normal, due to the lack of news. Onwards and upwards and lets stay positive !!

By the looks of it there isn’t a lot of us left from Aim. Do you think they are trying to flush us out before this goes boom or is it really the dog it’s become.

Before I start I must admit I am not brilliant at understanding shares but I have a significant amount in this one, fortunately breaking even. Could it be possible that the BOD have shifted their risk i.e own cash onto the share price. Therefore they believe they have a good product and orders but it is drastically impacted by government legislation, an external factor out of their control. By shifting the risk to the share price it protects their cash and we carry all the risk.
I also think with such a shift as we have had with no news other than the prospectus there should be a EGM but again I don't know if we have the right to demand this together.
I am worried as I was stung massively a few years back with Range Resources. It went down and down and then changed name Star Phoenix Group. I managed to turn my £11,000 into £92.12 today, what a lesson that was hoping and praying that the BOD and BOD would make a change and restore share holders faith.

Finally my shares have come through today from III, alive and kicking now. I think the BOD was waiting for this news ;-) so, lets press on now. Onwards and upwards !!!!

I have spoken in depth again with II this morning with regards to when the shares will be transferred over. They are still unsure and have escalated it internally to the Exec Corporate team to find our as they agree it is taking far too long. I am waiting a response and I will post as soon as I have some more information. Fingers crossed for everyone here, its soul destroying.

Just had this email from III who is my broker

I have spoken with the Settlements Team who advised that we are still awaiting
receipt of the new stock from our custodian. This process can take a number of
weeks as this is largely paper-based and as such we are experiencing delays
with our custodian.



Their best estimation is that you could see the stock on your account in
the next 2 weeks, we are consistently chasing this however there is no further
update that we can provide at this time. I do apologise for any inconvenience
that this may cause.
