This is very lazy due diligence by Stifel..Analysts are supposed to be ahead of the curve for their clients.If a company is going to increase its revenue base by 50% (compared to previous estimates) then there needs to be an adjustment in the price target.

Whats the bets they raise the price target in the coming weeks after the contract is officially signed.

When this contract is signed and its going to be 20 mil imho it'll raise revenue by 50% with much better margins.

If its a £15 million contract you might be right but anything north of £20 million (which Mo insinuated it is) Hvivo is undervalued.

Bottom line is Pharma and Biotech are now getting financing after a complete shut down in 2025(which Mo also highlighted) so you have assume some of the other order book will materialise.

Naw 12p is proper valuation.With this new contract there will be no cash burn in 2026
