I did say I hadn't bought or sold 1 share since the rights issue. Well that has changed, just had a punt. Hopefully a strong update tomorrow, and good start to this quarter and help us much on.

Had no intention of selling any, but just think that at this price its too low. Didn't hit the bottom price, but always hard to get in at the bottom, the time for that was after the rights issue, but that time has gone. Time will tell.

Yes Gdog, agree, its all about what the company does. At least apart from our resident doom-monger we haven't the self-proclaimed experts talking in telephone numbers, saying they were experts and predicting massive profits like with Blinkx,

Time will tell onwards and upwards, hopefully.

With those also trades of 7500 taking it down, then pulling it back up. I just hope that this time the performance will lead to a re-rating. Time will tell.

Updownflat, as the bonds that mature in 2022 are $500m alone and there are still a number of convertible bonds, I don't see it. Time will tell. This company has a history of finding things to spend money on. Hopefully times will have changed, but the new lot haven't been in long, so doubt they will have been able to change much yet. A little bit of clarity would be a start.

Updownflat. It is NEVER that easy with POG, simply because we have to buy in concentrate and the company have already advised we do not make anywhere near as much on concentrate than on our own gold. That being said the results should still be good based on the prevailing gold price, and debt should be down after the convertibles with reduced interest payments. This is POG, though, and hopefully it doesn't happen, but I have got used to expecting the unexpected.

Updownflat, what makes you think that some or all of this has not been paid back. I know some of the money was borrowed or paid upfront, whichever way you want to call it, but, I also know we got that money back when IRC refinanced so I would have thought we would have paid that back. If the other money was used for third party concentrate, I would presume they have now received the gold so that doesn't need repaid, as its pre payment for gold to be supplied so is not a debt. A debt is something which has to be repaid, in this case the company gets the gold they have pre-paid for. So I would be very surprised if its still outstanding. Time will tell.

Hi Kenj, I disagree with you on one thing. I won't label the new board as crooks............. Yet. I think its too early in their tenure to do that. They have a lot of things to sort, and this isn't like a smart car driving down the road, its now a juggernaut, and there are a lot of bits and pieces to it. There are a lot of things to sort, starting with the investigation into past practices, they were very late in being able to appoint an auditor, I don't think you can really blame them for that. We have a bond issue that needs to be looked at as the maturity date is approaching fast, and we have results that are due, along with a boardroom coup, and things such as the proposed sale of IRC, . My opinion only. WHICH PERSONALLY, i HOPE DOES NOT GO THROUGH AS THE PRICE IS TOO LOW. Then there is TEMI, Where we have already paid a deposit what will happen to that. I have already stated it will be very interesting to see the way they present the results. The way the results were presented previously was always shrouded in mystery. I still don't yet agree with the conspiracy theory that Peter and Pavel were crooks, but I do not believe they always told the full truth. It was like giving us some information but also withholding some. Time will tell.

There is a blast from the past. Hi, Farruggia1967, I agree, we have seen small seeds of promise, it would be nice to see this board full of comments on tremor. I really do hope they can continue the recent progress.

Updown flat, I have been invested in Pog for over a decade now, and have seen the company nearly hit the FTSE 100 tottering on the brink of bankruptcy, then staging a recovery. For years I have questioned things and watched a people come on this board thinking they know it all. The reality is, the company has stumbled through, borrowing money, often at high rates and eventually completed what should be the jewel in the crown the pox hub. I have said for years expect the unexpected, there are so many twists and turns and so many questions that remain unanswered. It will be very interesting to see what is unearthed, if anything from the investigation. It will also be interesting to see whether the proposed sale of IRC goes through, as the longer it does not, and the longer the iron ore price stays high and if the Amur bridge is ever actually completed then they might even repay the debts and start making real profit and become a saleable asset. And then there is the sage of TEMI. All gone quiet on that score.

I know that some of that money was used to pay to IRC, I also know they paid for that privilege so if the amount they pay us, is less than what we pay gazprombank why is that an issue. It was quite clear from some posters who thought we were rolling in cash. In all the time I have been invested, we have never been rolling in cash, because the 2ps always found something to spend it on. The question I pose, ( and I don't know the answer is ) what was the rest of the money used for ??? Gazprombank were never going to pre-pay for gold without there being something in it for them. I believe I questioned this at the time as I also questioned the Temi deal which seems to have gone very quiet. I alsqueried why we were paying for 25% of something to someone who was unknown, Pavel later gave his name out. This company has always been clouded with secrecy and I have openly questioned it, even in the way they reported things. Even an accountant could not decipher the way the reports were announced including there constant use of "net debt" rather than saying this is our debt and this is what we have in cash. I have never at any time suggested there were wrongdoings, even though others have, but what I have asked for on numerous occasions is clarity. The next set of results and they way in which they are presented will make very interesting reading, it will also be very interesting to see if there is an announcement on IRC and TEMI.

Updownflat before you start talking about things, ensure you know the answer. I believe the money for the presold gold was used to lend to IRC, We later got it back with interest, I dont know the answer about £180m worth of debt on pre-sold gold , in fact I am not aware of what you are talking about, the accounts have never showed this, so please show where you got this information and what you are talking about |??

Updown flat when did Pavel give away a quarter of the company foe $125m if you are talking about the convertable bonds, thats not correct as there were already convertable bonds outstanding at $100m the conversion price was also considerably lower than the issue of the new bonds. I do question why we added another $25m, but the bondholders were already in control and the conversion price on the new bonds was well above the initial conversion price.

As for the RNS there is nothing saying there has been any sale, and I believe its because of other conversions there are now more shares in issue, so the percentage owned has dropped.

They are likely to be algo trades, a market maker completing an order so controlling the share price by the use of algos.

where does it say they have been selling, is it not just because there are more shares in issue ??

Must admit, I have not seen ( A TRADES ) on here for months. Now they are back. It is the " A TRADES" which give the additional volume. And volumes are starting to creep up.

So Glad I have the toss pot filtered. In all the time I had it unfiltered I remember 1 solitary post where there was anything remotely positive. What a sad life and existence. Very good update, there is hope yet.

Freddie2 How do you know that the production was not already down, You have been here long enough to know that Pavel did exactly the same when he came in then , when the production went up it was his doing, The production could easily have been hampered by not having enough third party concentrate to buy and process, until I have seen the results I am not concerned, because there should be some very good profit there. We have already converted a fair amount of the convertible bonds, Anybody got a good idea how many, ?? so less interest to pay and that in itself should help the bottom line, not yet, but going forward. Main hurdle, In my opinion is not UGC, They do not own the company,and can not make all the decisions, Its how we refinance the large bond issue

It seems to me that at the moment you are the preacher of POG, Whilst Freddie 2 is the doom-monger. We should be getting an upside soon, and this should be the start of ongoing profits, which should have a positive effect on the share price.

Nobody has taken the company over. We have a large shareholder and are in the process of getting a new board. They can't comment on things they don't know. They had to find a new auditor, and will be in a closed period so can't really comment until results are known. They don't control the share price. People should stop wingeing about the share price dropping on intra day basis. People were not whingeing when it went up. If its too hot in the kitchen, get out. Have people forgot about the people who invested above £10 and saw their share price drop to below 5p. Not everybody had the money to buy shares in the rights issue as by the time it was announced price had already dropped radically. We are in a different place now, but, plenty hurdles to cross, and if they don't get it right price will drop further. If they get it right plenty upside ahead.

I really do think, this is a different animal that blinks, the people running it seem to be able to run a business, not like the people especially in the later years who seemed to be just thrown in at the deep end without having an aim or a strategy. Time will tell. Hopeful, but been here before.
