All we are seeing here is City games post ISA cash inflows and an extended news void end of April. Look at SNG c150 to 90p, positive news and up she goes. Still hark back to just over two weeks ago, when bidstats update circulated, SP up by 7/8% in literally 5 mins. If you do not believe that the SP is being manipulated you need your head examining.

In another share this am aerosols dropped it using their random generator number because of one word delay, when the key aspect Covid on track & extremely positive. This just shows the AIM in action.

Utah - I think you need some diazapam. Calm down Essex boys did their usual think of number 15/20/30 on the AIM on one word delay when the RNS was positive. And they say its PI's that make the AIM volatile - MM's underpin the volatility with mugging raids - aerosols.

Newco could be 100% owned by CF. You can't have all OO shareholders are shareholders in the newco, its effectively a shell co at the moment just impractical for a ltd co. The Ltd co will become a plc and shares will be authorised and issued pari passu to existing OO shareholders based on a ratio (tbd), along with an issue for new shareholders (placing), both attached with lock-in periods.

Too much worrying about nowt. Newco has to be arms length from OO the legal entity to effect the transaction. Directors can be the same. I worked with a company who did something similar last year (albeit not listed) 6m transaction plus wcap funding.

Lose the dressing room. Melodramatic I think. We have had a seller for weeks. Its still happening today. Invesco still or someone else balancing their PF etc.

We all need to calm down. Without the seller the SP would still be 37 to 40p. My initial target back in Oct was c60p in May/June. I will just have to wait a little longer for those numbers.

Just have to look at SNG & the end of a news void to see the flagrant grinding games of the those that control proceeding here and thats not referencing to the negative numpties on here.

Just to highlight how this share has been totally manipulated & traded to death - look at Avacta - relatively stable SP considering its almost a binary outcome for them. Here the City is attempting to grind PI's patience in a news void embargo & they know it. To demonstrate the tactics look at the tick up two weeks back within minutes up 7% with spread moved in an upward trajection on little volume.

Strange how Quant managed to reduce their short a few of days before and RNS. Need these monkey's & any other sub 0.5% short out the door to release the SP.

Basically look at AVCT SP very little volatility for months whereas here its been played by traders & the MM's. Utter Joke in reality. 4% down on nothing absolutely nothing. Just to show the underlying nonesense if there is even a whiff by the MM's of anything shared on social media as to new positive info, they very quickly move up the trading range of the SP almost within minutes. That just demonstrates the level to which the SP has been manipulated. The nutcased on here think their constant spouting has an impact - sorry it don't. Its the MM's deciding trajectory of the game.
