I think this is nothing more than house keeping & OO who are spinning out to new Co can't have significant control at the transfer date. As a Ltd Co there always has to be a person/entity with significant control. I know of a client who who did something similar (but not listed) & used an employee as a "PSC" & initial director on formation until the transaction was expedited & then the PSC was updated. This is just domino shuffling to ensure no conflict as to transaction process when its expedited.

Finncap need a right kick in the nadgers - that is accounting technical parlance. The chuffers are either complete dorks or they have purposely done this. The markets are supposed to be fwd looking....................... but they only fwd look when they have their snouts in position in the trough.

JH - market is not starting to realise anything. This share has been played for 6 months due to high PI involvement & basically the MM's pushing the SP along with "sentiment". Take a look at the almost move upwards on the budstats update two weeks back. MM's very happy to rapidly move it up.

Talking to myself. but the point is we are seeing an over reaction to some inflation numbers. Did anyone expect otherwise. than to have some inflation - silly oil price speculation when hardly anything was moving for 3 months. The other aspect across the markets are crypto, with over leveraged positions probably having to cover losses. Would not surprise me at all.

I like the buy back of shares. If OO had that option they may have been able to deal with some aspect of the Invesco fire sale.

The only aspect of the results are important & will be delivered are:
Q4 performance
Cash position Yr end & now
Cash generation
Forward looking statement
contract secured/retained

The full year results are completely irrelevant, albeit the MM's will milk it as such even if marginally negative due to turn around nature.

I am hoping that the SP is in mid 40's by then. It should be so long as the Invesco/cretin seller buggers off tout suite. This is the only thing hampering the SP.

Remember that these delays are to do with the Govt & PD processes on sanctioning the relevant test. Its flipping annoying. One thing it is not is to do with is ODX - their hands are tied here. The same goes with anitbody tests via the RTC. The only thing they are in control of it commercial sales of the Visitect test. Even if they were to announce decent contracts the SP will not move much. the SP has been moved in this direction by the MM's - its their usual psycho warfare on PI's.

374m contract is happening but the Govt delay in announcing the chosen test(s), is allowing the MM's to create uncertainty where none exists!

As for the negative crackpots on here. Either filter or report. Their posting have little influence on the SP, the MM's have control of it as they have done so since Oct - yawn..................

Its multi bagged from a "false start" position this time last year. However, it is closer than ever to transformative news.

Lets be honest we are in a news void & that void has been created by the The Govt. ODX has absolutely no control over the test of choice decision & its protracted timing. Its all very frustrating. All we are seeing is the market playing on the delay as to SP action. Nothing has changed.

Nothing to do with the effort of trolls !! Basically all we are seeing is the main market having a small bout of the runs based on potential inflationary pressures. Small cap stocks are then hit a little more just because well thats what you do. Absolutely, no logic. !
