David - Yes & no. It depends on the size of the finance team at OO & any complexity to the process & how are they organised for the audit & if senior finance team members work on other activities. As an ex FD for a £50m t/o business i was pulled in many directions & then its comes down to how lean the team is. Our team was lean & I expect that of OO.

This share has been shorted for 12 months. The latest incarnation since late Oct has had HFT alogbot trading in play & that the main difference. Shorting has absolute no place outside FTSE 350. Its a play to fleece retail investors.

In most instances shorting is deployed versus companies with good prospects. We have the overlay of Oliveira & the shorters are sat on that singular coattail. A very large distressed seller which has place natural down pressure, so hey Mr shorter we apply more pressure to that underpinning.

Its nothing more than that in a news void.
