Despite my moniker (from Uni days) , I am 50% Ukrainian. My late father was from W Ukraine & fought in WW2 v the Russians. In fact anyone from that part of Ukraine did so. I think we have some post covid fatigue crossed over into here i.e. some people still do not get what OO are about.

3x annual revenue = c135m. Right now its at c120m. However, the market is supposed to work on forecast revenues (lol) c150m min. So in reality we are under fair value by 25%, which goes back to my point earlier we should be around 20 to 24p

SP frustrating but hey >90% of 2022 achieved at 1 Jan, so there is a dis-join between SP & where we should be, which worst case is 20 to 24p.

Your position is dependent on when you bought in really re divi's. I have only bought in because sadly I think Putin & his quest for CCCP Mk2 will happen per Ukraine invasion. He can't back down from his machiso positioning as what he wants is really non-negotiable as it should be. So = spike in oil price.

What will be the approx ex-divi adj to SP?

fearg - thats my concern - mates rates. Current SP base of 6/7p with a post consol dilution re equity raise would be OK. Doing it from this PH discounted mates rates level is well screwing us over.

I agree with the SP being up from here before consolidation 6/7p. SInce PH have been here there downward pressure from their trading arm, the Nov melee distinctly showed them leading the direction of travel every day. All those sells at 18.86 are buys, just done a dummy trade. They are showing as sells because Mr MM had a 5.4% spread for 10 mins. The only sells are the 50 & 25k by looks of it. So someone still offloading or attempting to control SP - twonks. Lets see how this pans out but we should move up
