As Moni said you are from ADVFN - lets leave it at that. I have provided my views on TLY but this is the OO board.

There is no money in the HMP contracts either (been through the tendering processes) & there are issues as to requirement on clinical staff(not any old GP can just rock up). Urgent care is 95m of the 113m a big big chunk. Its gives TLY scale & kudos, that what it did in its original reverse takeover to create presence & scale.

As I said its the other areas that where there is money to be made. However, where are the resources coming from to expedite the UK clinical delivery here.......................the NHS. The resourcing is the limiter here unless surgeon can work 144 hrs. Don't get me wrong a chunk of GP & consultants are nothing more than greedy chuffers.

I know a great deal more about the Urgent Care arena that most on here & I can tell you now that the net margins on many of these type of contracts (GP OOH's & 111) are very very slim. c3% and there is no efficiency to be made. Been there, done it & got the medals. In fact some of these will be net margin negative in demographically deprived areas. You do it because you are supporting the NHS. And renewals are not guaranteed, as well as resourcing issues to facilitate the contracts (NHS pensions are in play for a chunk of that workforce).

In so far as cash one has to be very careful as to cycle, type of contract and POA scenarios in play here. The numbers do not guide on that. Depending on cash cycle you can have chunky balance on final or interim results & the two months later it nosedives. Smoke & mirrors really.

There is also no logarithmic growth potential in TLY & its basically it has one core client. Don't get me wrong its a slow burner & the dividend is well irrelevant its a bit of a promo piece. Its opportunity are the other areas .

For anyone out there not of that persuasion. We are these levels simply because of Oliviera situation. The shorters have been on this share for 12 months & that reason is Oliveria situation & the natural downward pressure that this would have. The shorters have just sat on the coattails like a leech. Pretty simple - Everything else is pure smoke & mirrors purported by other for own self -interest.

Ever asked yourself the question what % of total NHS spend goes on supporting the Ponzi scheme that is public sector pensions (same goes for local govt & civil service, police ,fire, armed forces viz a vie council tax or general taxation)? Its never discussed ever - I wonder why!

The country can not afford to continually payout for retirement at 50 or 55. In fact it can't afford those currently enjoyng the benefits of a 20 to 25 year payout and I am not talking about the hospital porter or dinner lady! I had a brief stint for 8 years with access to the scheme & basically it works out at a 1k pa. Great but logically flipping ridiculous.

And don't fall into the trap that employees make chunky deductions (which some moan about from pay & they do) because where is the pay supported from? The taxes of those individuals & companies that do not enjoy the benefit.

that shorting should be banned outside the FTSE 250 then we are an example. Even if the presentation was the best ever show dance, then it would make no difference. Shorting on the AIM is all about fleecing retail investors. Liquidity is just a veil to the latter.
