Why else would you replace Riverstone now? There was more headroom in the Riverstone facility if they needed it... but they needed a bigger and cheaper package I think.

There is NO reason why H&W management cannot buy shares. They are not in 'closed period' (google it). They just do not want to buy shares....

I agree with Lottie. The company is talking to the market and puts out good stuff but there are so many sellers out there. Where do they come ???

A little birdie has told me FSS contract is going to Team resolute, which H&W are part of. Labour want to support ship-building in the UK as well as the current (RIDICULOUS) government, so here we go folks!!!!! £1.6bn contract. Could be announced tomorrow.

You would think if their concerns were genuine.... they would turn up to the AGM.... to bring the Board to task and to account.

Cashflow breakeven at £80m-£100m, and HARL has just confirmed it will do c£70m revenue this year. Ehhhhh that is massive news! Yet everyone's obsessing over inconsequential bull****.
