Doubtful. Very small trades in the scale of things, I think that because we've gone so long without anything meaningful the SP seems pretty free flowing, hopefully it works both ways when news does land.

There's nothing to stop new investors getting a piece of the pie is there? I think it was on Hotcopper someone said it would go to holders at the the of the deal, but surely that would just muddy the waters as some will have sold on/shares in hands of new buyers.

So in theory we should know the outcome to this capital distribution by mid April?

I'd like to think something's brewing. As you point out it doesn't take a genius to work out that the BOD have a terrible track record. Anticipation of a satisfactory LC deal was the reason I bought in but also why myself and countless others are now stuck here. Not entirely sure we can be classed as a copper producer anytime soon but with copper on the turn hopefully these substantial shareholders are looking to take a position with a view to taking Howe out of the equation.

That is of course assuming the cash is given directly to shareholders and not held by MNC under some "being used to add value through drilling BS".

Hi Chopper, someone did some fag packet calcs a couple of months ago and as the SP currently stands/has drifted since I think the redistribution would still leave us both short of hitting our averages (I'm at 13p). Although happy to be proved wrong!

I don't think personal circumstance (ie new ISA year) is what's putting people off investing. It's the state of the company going forward.
