Your figures are interesting Tony—here's my take, FWIW.
I have the tools to do discounted cash flow values, and several other methods—but today I'm going to keep it simple.
At the end of the day, sales are vanity, profits are sanity, and cash is reality.
So, if we simple look at EPS, and collect 1m GBP in cash (income) and with a tech PE ratio of 20-30 we would be looking around the current SP value. BUT—should we move to 2.5 net we would be looking at a SP of between 0.14-0.21 GBP.
And if 5m were possible, then we would be looking at (a) a good story for sale and (b) an SP of between 0.28-0.42. In the latter case their could be considerably higher valuation if the acquisition was seen as key to someone's vertical integration model. I think these are very realistic and with the latter certainly getting to your 1.00 figure with a tail wind. A couple of really big contract wins would make this a real possibility, as the global potential for IoT is really hotting up in the East.
