I think the beauty of Greggs is that you can slot them into a relatively cheap square footage (compared to an airport) and still people come running. I've watched them perform in the Bull ring in Birmingham, it is a sight of wonder and beauty - its absolutely rammed. Yet it is the same on the high street. Yep, I think this share has got legs.
