The reason for that is alluded too in the RNS..they had to refine the focus of the trial to a subset of the trial participants.

I believe the results strongly suggest once again we will make it, one way or another. If it's the shorter route, great. If its waiting for P3 in autumn then I'll make it work for me - double my holding between now and then.

I myself have no doubt that our Activ-2 results weren't showing the results the Americans want we'd be kicked off already. They've had long enough to make their judgments; the drugs kicked off so far weren't allowed to run for months and months so that's a strong nod in our direction imo.

Science is not good? Well, I don't think we need to debate that, surely.
You think the Americans would keep us on their publicly funded trial if we weren't showing efficacy? They've hardly been merciful with other drugs that have dropped off the radar.
But I agree most of us would prefer an update sooner rather than later so SP doesn't keep drifting

Andy, I don't mind reading alternative perspectives or posing questions etc. But what is frustrating to read is when people all-hope-is-lost, company-is-on-a-downer posts just 3 weeks into the Q2 12 week period when news are expected.

I'm ×wondering if the primary reason for including SA is to make a point regarding efficacy against the SA variant..what better way to drum it home we are strain agnostic than to enter the lions den, so to speak.

I don't know too many people who quote £50 - zwartkops left month ago -, nor can I remember the last discussion on here ramping £10, above or below so not sure where you get that bitterness from. If you're a short term trader, yes. If you're an investor, I'd wager no? It's not all about the temporary share price, some of us are invested into the share price post-news. But maybe that's too thinking is too complicated for day traders.
