Assuming that's aimed at me really have no idea what political point you think I was trying to make. Nor was I simply intending to get some sympathy or let my heart out. The intention was to impart my lesson to this on this bb tempted to do some swing trading in the interval between news and getting caught out, which would be to the benefit of the sp here. Perhaps you should be a little more objective before casting your aspersions.

I believe in this therapeutic and share, I had a decent holding of 10,000 shares at a reasonable average that would've made a considerable difference to my family, but I thought I'd make some money elsewhere in the hiatus of the last month. Through bad luck and inexperience (hopefully) I lost a fair amount and now own a paltry 3000 in this company. How I regret it. I have trouble sleeping now and constantly beat myself up. I've learnt my lesson not to chase money, but what a stupid man I've been. The lesson? Dont play games.

Not a share you want to be out of then over next 2 weeks and thereafter. I would expect to healthy gains between now and then given the circumstances

i'm new here, one piece of information i can't find is when the courts will publish their decision. Could someone clarify that. I thought it was tomorrow.

Ok Lolades, I didn't know that, or if I did I'd forgotten. But a pre-order for 1 treatment still reinforces my point in that SNG's situation isn't unique to SNG. Lack of pre-orders at this point I don't feel is worrying. We all have our own take, but personally I wouldn't worry about that till September.

Ben, why have pre-orders or actual orders not been completed for other treatments either? Because due process is so important in this field. This is not a situation unique to Synairgen. Successful drugs developed in the past that took 10 years to develop weren't pre-ordered because of lack of efficacy or safety. I understand these are not normal times, but still normal rules haven't altogether been thrown out the window.

Scinv. Fruit is quoting RM. Is that not true? You are quoting yourself.

The likelihood of SNG succeeding pre-RNS was oft-quoted as being around 80%, I don't see why that has changed now. And I would say I'm a cold, analytical person.

Put it this way, Tonlin. If SNG fails you will be able to sell at a 50% loss, give or take. If SNG succeeds, as is still most likely in my eyes, then you will multi-bag.. whether that is 2x, 3x, 4x etc who knows. The point is, you've still bet on the forerunner at the grand national approaching the penultimate fence.

SP has done well this morning all things considered. But whether sp drops to 90 or rebounds to 130 this week and next I'm not selling a bean. If you take out the emotion of sp drop the RNS was pretty good.

I'm all in, although not a strategy I normally use. But I don't give a damn.

I hold all the posters in this high regard, however I'm firmly in the Schrow, Ghia, matt, saxondale camp (if I may espouse their opinions (apologies if my recollection is wrong))of seeing the results, if not the implications of the results, in a positive light. I believe the science has been further vindicated, I believe the data was very strong towards the target market we've now clearly identified, I believe the proof of concept shown in the capacity to use at home offers hospital doctors important options in sending patients home earlier than otherwise to continue the treatment at home this freezing up resources , money and beds elsewhere. We very well might have to wait 2 or 3 months later- who knows - but a multi bag share is still a multi bag share. And I still believe nothing has changed in that respect.

For those considering whether we will be kicked off Activ 2 shortly - remember the US very recently decided to fund an extension of the trial into South Africa. Which would be non-sensical if they were thinking along the lines of au revoir, rather than bonjour.

Taverham, the RNS said Syn are talking to the india government about what can be done to progress things. I'd like a little more detail on that before I leap out of my rocking chair.
