Paddy - the Rights sell price is only showing @ 0.36p ? my average is 2.20 , should have sold Rights when the Price was 0.60 ?
what i don't get is the price from 0.92E to 1.28E the broker is charging ? 1.28E equates to £1.26 .
Like u say may better selling the rights using that money to buy on any further dips .
The closing price was 110 on Friday , why would u pay 0.92E / 1.38E which equates to £1.26 for RI shares? am i missing something ?
Wouldn't i be better off just selling IGAN shares and buying at 110 on the Open Mkt - Monday ? All new to me any bit of mind field at the moment !
How much do i need put into my account ?
From my ii site , Would i be correct in saying that we actually Paying 1.38E per new cdi share ? Rather than 0.92E i first thought ? At 1.38E that equates to £1.26 for the new ? have i got this right ?
My entitlement shows 8856 new IGAN rights to purchase , which equates to 13284 shares i can buy @ 1.26 = £16,737 .
Have i got this right ?
OPTION 2: Exercise your rights in full or in part.
Under the terms of the rights issue, every 2 rights entitle you to 3 new CDIs in IAG at a price of EUR 0.92 per CDI. Please be aware that you need to exercise two rights to receive three new CDIs. Therefore, all elections should be to exercise an even number of rights. Any elections where you have requested to exercise an odd number of rights may be reduced down to the next even number below that which you have entered, and the odd right remaining will lapse valueless. For reference, because the price for each new CDI is EUR 0.92 the effective cost of exercising each individual right will be EUR 1.38. Holders who do not wish to exercise all their rights may sell the remaining unexercised rights on the market (see the paragraph below entitled `Sell Your Rights` for further information about doing this).
Bring - Great read , its so sad these so called Directors , can abuse there positions, and small PI end up loosing everything.
How Directors can continue to draw down funds and drain the last penny before disappearing into night is '' Criminal ''
It will continue until FCA have real clout to make these guys accountable.
BMR is good example of this Type Of Activity
Could we now possibly get this IMMINENT statement ? , i would settle for JLP buying out the Royalty at a fair price, if 5-7p offers come in , i would accept and move on , however can't see this valuation being that high ?

Demand for car batteries is only going to ramp up, EUA are in perfect position right now to take advantage of this .
BMW have signed deals no doubt other will follow.
German carmaker BMW signed a battery-supply contract worth €2 billion with Swedish manufacturer Northvolt this week, in the latest example of Europe’s big auto firms preparing for a massive ramp-up in electric vehicle production.
Northvolt will start building batteries in northeast Sweden from 2024 at a factory powered by renewable energy, which will also be able to recycle used power packs. Carmakers are now scrambling to secure a share of the projected output.
BMW’s Andreas Wendt, a member of the firm’s management board, said that “signing this contract is another step towards meeting our growing need for battery cells in the long term. We are systematically driving electrification of our vehicle fleet.”
The Bavarian marque expects to have at least 25 electrified cars in its lineup by 2023 and will need batteries to power them. According to the contracts it has signed with ‘5th generation’ battery suppliers, they must be built using only green power.”
Eventually they will no doubt require sustainably-produced European - mined lithium to further their green credentials!?

talking about Precious metals this morning and how Palladium was 10 % up last week , also mentions Silver has risen 24% compared Gold this year, good to see Palladium getting this exposure . All sits well for Eua holders . GLA
If JLP are looking for a buy out , then based on the amount of tailings on site , looking at todays prices of metals , what is a realistic figure JLP should pay BMR? 3M, 5M, 7M ........ does any one have i idea ?
The money should be returned to Share holders and Co folded and AB kicked into oblivion.
