Thanks for that. I’d assumed it was a PE of 10 but wanted Inanaco to confirm as they were his figures.
I was trying to find the areas we can agree on. I’m happy with a PE of 10, I was using 20 myself so not far off your 23.

You are right, all shares attract their fair share of doom-mongers but also Pollyannas. The doom-mongers are probably the hardest to explain, if they are not invested why worry, if they are then surely it's better to be optimistic?

It was nice to see a little humanity come through from some of the otherwise pessimistic posters. Now go and catch that bus.

With a 5 percent market share and 5 percent net profit would value Scancell at £3 Billion (= £8 /share)

I thought I'd try the new LSE web site beta version.
As a software developer of some 40 years now, who in their right mind thinks it's a good idea to make the scroll bar disappear? I assume it is to save screen space, if so it makes you pratt around hovering over it to make it reappear in order to save .8% of screen space.

This is a general windows thing, not specific to the LSE site.
When I started out in IT (DP as it was then) my tutor told me "Software is enhanced to the point of un-usability". I never understood what this meant until the early 90's when Microsoft made an appearance.
