Interesting to see that David Bramhill snuffed out this '#FlipItWhenWeSniffIt' slogan that had been so popular with some UJO shareholders. Of course he is right. You have to fully prove the licence area, including Spring Hill and Ellerby, to get the best price when you sell it. I'm sure that's what RBD will be aiming to do, too.
Also, interesting that several times he suggested the KA was similar in the B-1 to A-2, and he said they knew how much KA they hit at B-1, along with gas, shows and allsorts - "bingo", he said.
Looks very good to me, unless perhaps you're looking to trade in the short term.
