The underlying price is unaffected. LSE typically get around 25% wrong because the price paid is so close to mid that they are unsure which it was
I've had buys on other stocks with Hargreaves and they occasionally get it wrong

The bottom line is the MM system can obviously see what the total buys/sells are and thats all that matters
