You may not have to. Just reading up elsewhere from a "claimed" former driller who has analysed previous RNS releases and he's of the opinion that TD may have been reached overnight BST.

The appeal would rip them to utter shreds and naturally with full costs awarded....Can I just ask if anyone has any idea how much Barristers cost for their days in Court ?? I know because I had to employ one years ago......for something like this you'd be looking at £20,000 for each barrister (including lead up work)

Now thats for both sides obviously......then you've got the legal work involved in advance by solicitors etc.....Days like this cost on appeal over £100,000 all up rest assured.....that entire cost than falls on the Council involved when the appeal is granted
