I assure you this is completely true......3 Mar 2023 16:45
On the 3rd January 2023 I instigated the start of a 6 month redirection of post to my other house. Reasons are not important Today is obviously the 3rd March
Royal Mail on TEN repeat TEN occasions have delivered post in my name to the original address. I assure you am not joking
After the 3rd time they issued me with 24 1st Class stamps as Compo. Fair in my opinion albeit just wanted the service as paid for
On the 4th occasion the Escalation team issued me with a cheque for £47.99 being a full 6 months refund of service.....Despite that on a further FIVE occasions they have done the same
(The alternate address receives post as well with sticker over the front with name/address)
Last week one of the Escalation clowns called Richard called me, Refused to give his surname. Refused to give his department. Refused to give a phone number...Pathetic arrogance
Now those that are disbelieving this are welcome to provide an email address I and will forward the outer packages of all 11.....11 because on one of those 10 occasions lol they delivered 2 pieces of mail the same delivery
Utter utter utter disgrace. Period and I've got another 4 months of this shight to go
No point going into huge detail how I arrived at this number but this is purely on assumption (the mother of fck ups as Saddam found to his cost) of a £5 million (additional) net income per month but also taking into account obligations elsewhere
Mcap at Share Price of 1.55p is around £53 million
By my calculations Mcap "should" rise to around £276 million using standard valuation processes. Now again as yesterday that is open to debate.....
However that would give an SP of 8.07p
I suspect should flows be as expected that will be no more than 0.5p out in either direction. If the flows are higher (very likely in my opinion) we are looking at double figures
Sit on your hands....dont "hand back" shares at 3p or 4p because you will regret it rest assured
Has to be said but the end of Ruth and her 6 aliases on this sub forum2 Mar 2023 14:39
You've been well and truly handed your rear ends
For me the most amusing one was "Nobrad" (Sorry Bobrad) and his "No Gas" trumpet call 7 days a week
Hits was amusing and never did she collect her 2nd bottle of Chivas from me. WG818 was superb. Gotta hand it to Ruthy for an old pensioner to run 7 accounts here was no mean feat With an inbound Mcap of around £300 million this will end close to double figures once the exact flows and incomes have been number crunched.
Welsh If the flows are good (and every indication that they'll be much better than good) than you'll sail past your average
As a rough guideline (and its open to debate) companies like Angus would "normally" be valued around 5-6 times the annual income so the Mcap will be substantionally above your average and then some
Brixton nothing empties an account quicker than flipping from share to share
Its why 90% of retail investors lose over any 2 year period and 95% get wiped out in 3
See it time and time again on LSE sadly......I dont need to bet because I'll know that less than 3% on this sub forum will have any type of financial qualification
Going back to my post slightly early today (and in simple terms) if we got to 100/1000th of a penny I'd imagine most here would be delighted My large holding is at around 38/1000th so am very hopeful considering I'd written this off completely 18 months ago
The fact that this is actually back in play is quite astonishing......I've never in 44 years of investing since 1979 seen a similar company resurrected when it was in the critical position it was
My Jarvis portfolio jumped £6,435 the minute it relisted . Will keep it in play though because to have achieved this much work behind the scenes means there's an excellent game plan going forward
