I received a notification about a tender offer. But, it does not what the actual offer is. It is the price equals to NAV at a determination date. But, it does not tell me when exactly the determination date is... I checked company website and it does not mention either. Does anyone know?

I am not an expert but I do check to see if it is making money.

As far as I check, it does not make any profit since 2017. The balance sheet is still good but I am not convinced why I need to chip in when it has been red for 4 years. Could someone tell me why?

The balance sheet is also healthy and so much cash in hand without no debt! Cannot understand why the price drops... I am going to chip in more tomorrow.

I checked the fundamental, it is strong but i agree the price is at almost all time high. And, it is not going to settle for another month. May be I can get it cheaper on my ISA account but who knows.

1. Not tempting balance sheet at all, mostly -ve.
2. AIM = low trading volume most of the time.

Why do I need to lend money to a company without any discounting as an incentive? Am I missing anything important here?

Just to say that I used iWeb but it turned out iWeb rejected to put the shares as it is not trading... So now, I swapped into Hargreaves Lansdown as my broker now. iWeb did tell me Primebid did not send them a transfer request which was false...

Anyway, HL is a bit more expensive but it does the job and get stocks in on time. I start to think why it is slightly more expensive now. You pay what you got.

Does anyone know if this is the responsibility for brokerage company to make sure IPO share is available to trade on time? I am unhappy that my share was not available to trade on Friday. I use iWeb and I was told it would be ready at the end of Friday, then it was not and was told by Monday...

I just don't like the feeling that I pay for the brokerage company for each trade but it cannot even list the IPO shares on time.

Although I would like to hold for long time, I still want the service available for me to trade even if I do not use it...
