Also Friday was quadruple witching day which as kando stated. It was definitely oversold on Friday no doubt. So I would personally like to think all garbage news over the weekend was factored in.

I started a thread on Friday regarding this. Was the end of contracts etc etc as you would have read yourself. Definitely had an impact and as of Monday and throughout the week we will see money invested back into rolls for sure. Just hope there is more buys than sells.

Say the market opens up tomorrow at say 114 and I knew 100% it would happen so decided to short it. How come I wouldn’t be able to to get in at the price it is now as it would open me up at 114 because it wouldn’t be able to fill the position.

But someone is being able to fill the position and make money otherwise why would they do it? So is it MMS that has access to the prices after hours and are able to execute at their given price?

I know botbot, arms, cw1966, usernames and metom will probably know.

Just for the record, I’m not shorting but just wondering why. Same principle for buying too.

Glennhoss. 3lrr is 3 times what rr is. I.e if rolls loses 10% the 3lrr will lose 30%. Good if it gains though. Is that what you were asking?

I think the last time this happened was maybe Monday 21st December if I remember rightly. Drop of 20p only to recover that same day.

A bounce is ambitious, agreed it was a big sell off so it’s not new news as you say. My gut tells me heading towards 1.08 but then I would say that as I’m a panicker. Any optimism has gone out the window this weekend.
