You are still falling into the same trap assuming people are proactive.Most need to be spoon fed unfortunately.If your sales have gone up from 1% to 2 % then they have obviously doubled but still low.Percentage increase does not mean a thing without actual figures i'm afraid.

Think the Bod have made the same assumption as you,that everyone will research the product and beat down the doors of the company to buy it.Errrr :- ).
