An NCI agreement must surely be coming very soon. Hopefully that will be the shot in the arm that the stock needs

Still commenting about the cash position at March 25 which didn’t include all of the April 25 raise and the grant funding. The company literally just confirmed 2027 cash flow. Give it a rest…

The fact that the sell off this morning got bought up and we ended green speaks volumes (excuse the pun!).

Hopefully we now start trending higher, with a a strong leg up when the NCI agreement lands

The share price will be many multiples higher than where it is now. It’s just that the market have expected revenue progress a little more than what they just disclosed

A little bit disappointed not to see >£1m revenues in H1 26. Hopefully H2 is very strong as they are suggesting. That could perhaps also be because they see an NCI agreement falling within that period, as well as additional Optimal revenue (which is premium).

I wish they would give some forward looking revenue guidance in their updates. I think from memory that Shard Capital was estimating c.£3m revenue for 26?

I think we had £4m revenue when we were last valued at c.£4m (but obviously we were also in a low yield environment).

US biotech has started a strong rally in the last few months which will likely allow companies to raise more money at better valuations and push forward with clinical trials/development, which should benefit Fusion

Good news re the agreement with the lender. Also nice nod to the fact that the company is doing well and enjoying higher prices

Will be interesting to see what the share price does today. 21p is a lot lower than the current share price. But then there is good news re the CLN being cancelled.

Perhaps an initial fall towards 26p or so. Then a rally from there.

Re if 300k is a small amount of cash. It absolutely is, but you didn’t mention the March 2025 money that came in post year end in April. Which makes it not a small amount of cash, the add in the grant money you mentioned.

All results in not a bad cash position, particularly where they’re getting so close to cash flow positive (ie their cash burn will be decreasing).

I really hope the share price starts going up this week so stt1 goes quieter for a while….You won’t see him again until the next pull back

I really don’t think a raise is coming. They had c.300k at March 2025, with most of the cash from the last raise coming in post year end and all of the grant money coming in post year end.

Even if they did do a raise, it would just be for a small amount like £1m. They also didn’t even raise at a discount in March 2025.

Given the many multiples possible here if you have the right time horizon (which actually isn’t that long), no one should be fussed about a theoretical risk of a £1m at the money raise.

Unfortunately, people like Saxman and Stt1 just don’t get it and can’t see the opportunity.
