The Allenby note is much better than Shard’s, with more forward looking comments. My only niggle is that I felt the 2027 revenue estimate was a little underwhelming. Hopefully that is a prudent number and that Optimal contribution could kick into gear with the increased BD. Also I presume that it doesn’t factor in any payment that could arise under the NCI agreement (or any other potential agreements for that matter).

I would have liked to have seen break even early than 2028 but perhaps that is reflective of them investing more in spending now to get the revenue growth.

Whenever I read their notes I always wish they would stick their neck out and state what they consider a fair market value of the company would be in their opinion

Not the RNS I wanted to see. However, at least it is at the market price. Hopefully this now gives them the fire power to accelerate growth and really kick into gear

My view is that they have something which is better that what their competitors have. Things can take time to get traction. However, if you are fundamentally better, then it is difficult not to see significant success down the road. Just got to sit tight and if you don’t have your full position yet, add during these quiet times

Hopefully we’ll soon get some contracts over the line for Optimal. Get some real validation of the potential additional revenue stream. Then people can start crunching valuation numbers and see the potential upward trajectory

12p is a massive over reaction. Buy all you can and within 6 months you’ll be doing very well

You have seen some selling which appears not to be linked to fundamentals. Hence the share price on any day could go in any direction.

All I know is that over the next 12 months the share price is going to be a lot higher than where it is now!

I feel like Adrian is holding his ground and pushing for a good deal for Fusion. Not just giving it away on the cheap.

It sounds like he is trying to agree part ownership of candidates arising from the process, which obviously could have huge value implications down the line.

If they are not willing to do that, then they should be paying higher upfront license fees

To me all those relentless delayed sells virtually taking any price screams Maven still. I wonder if they have a requirement to clear their position by year end

You know where the company is going so you know any low prices are temporary. Only thing is that you wished you had the benefit of hindsight to take advantage of the whipsawing!

This selling is bananas

I personally think that was Maven selling. The RNS at the end of November shows they still had a chunk of shares. The way they were going through looks a lot like before. Quite intense and accepting pretty much any price.

I don’t mind if it is them because it means there is an end to it and it is not linked to the fundamentals of the business. So all it does is create a buying opportunity

I don’t think it’s that. I think it’s simply that we have had a good run up on positive thinking about the future. Some investors then lighten up at that stage, as the next stage is for the company to actually deliver and show us the contracts and revenue rolling in. Hence the ‘hype’ phase is over and it’s now time to deliver, which I expect them to do so. It just means we might have to wait a few months before we get the data
