Sil3nt ,Thanks for the update. Didn't know CEO took no wages. He is not going to work for free,if SP doesn't perform. Does he claim more expenses, free car,and other benefits and possibly employees family and pays them.

Speedie007 - Yes that analysis look correct. Worth selling on good day and buying something else where one can make better returns. Even oils that pay dividend will give better total returns hopefully

Sundezena- I doubt if they think these is good price/ prospect to buy . If they did they they would buy. Better opportunity by investing in other shares.

Miracle do happen but doubt it for this shares. If that was going to happen major share holder would have not sold they have inside information.

Some small shareholders wouldn't be aware of this as we don't receive any voting papers we have to ask brokers to vote for us.

Me too voting No. Most small shareholders would vote no but yes will win as big shareholders would vote las it is too much trouble to call brokers to vote for small shareholders. Also large shareholders that bought recently to support buyers on this company would vote yes.

Shares were sold at £5.825. Sorry for people that would have bought at that price as they are lower in the market. Who would have bought them?

They wouldn't have sold if it was going to perform well. They know something we small shareholders don't.

Nick1234 - Yes,they would have known. This large shareholders would have communicated with BoD. Might be they are going to pay special dividend but profits down,so future dividend might not be going up as much.

Mik3y - Never know. Miracles do happen. I know from experience. FGP shares never expect to go up but has gone up from 35p to £1.67 . Just one example with right management direction can change.

Looks like they love miss leading and take advantage. Good job I don't take notice of any brokers recommendation. Used to 30 yrs ago and burnt my fingers few times so learnt from experience.

SIL3NT - Were you one of the friends who benefited from buying shares at cut prices and selling before going down with inside information.

Every company has this type of resolution, don't mean they sell at massive discount.
