You forgot (every one forgot it) the Nil paid value that you can sell
Am I right to say that the Nil paid would be 130 - 54 = 76 ?
so if you have 3 shares, then you get 10 at 32p each
also you can sell your nil paid shares (10 shares) for 76p each right ?

dont forget the Nil-paid
it is usually calculated as = share price on the RI announcement - discounted value of RI shares
The share holders can usually trade the Nil-paid up to the dead line date of RI
I hope I explained this correct, but you can read about it in details if you google it

An extract from the FT article says :
"shareholders resisted the dilution that would have resulted from new investors such as sovereign wealth funds. "
So, this means no RI ?
I understand that an RI will also dilute the share value
So, what other means of fund raising they will take ?
And if it is not RI, then I would expect the SP to rocket up .

From my past experience too, these sudden strong moves always happened before an announcement of some some sort.
I might be wrong, but this is what I have seen before.
