It suggests to me that they have enough votes in and all resolutions will be passed , so its pretty pointless to spend any money on setting up a zoom meeting or any other platform to accommodate those that feel the need for a comfort blanket .

The BOD are getting on with the job in prioritizing the Strategic review and delivering value for the shareholders, the current SP in no way reflects the value Solgold has under its tenure.

I think a Merger of the scale we could be talking about, would bring many Cost savings

the single deciding factor would be which Company would be the Dominant One?? we know the cash retun to investors would still be around 50% so Dividends would still be strong

I think there would be many who would be happy with 25p right now for APALA, the rest of the assets would then be left to Divi Up? sell off?

Well yet another Asset, brushed up and updated, it feels as if we are updating all the other assets, to put them up for sale, imo

There are many exploration Companies out there who would relish getting a foot hold in Ecuador, this is one way we could raise a large cash pile for the development. Stage of Alpala

I can see no other reason at the moment why all these Assets are being updated,

with the amount of drilling and DATA they have it should generate quite a bit of interest, imo

Drone footage update should be out over the next few days, this has been a great way to keep shareholders up to date with the progress on site, over 90% complete by end of year, ? end of Feb/March for 100%
