Yes brent oil has taken a slight fall these past couple of days, but it doesn't really impact JSE at the moment, with 90% of oil hedged, and not forgetting we tend to get slightly higher prices for our oil ,

Oil will go through these dips and rises, its just the market,

im looking forward to the next AKATARA flyover video,

then looking forward to JSE growing its production towards 30,000 Barrels towards the end of 2024, we have forecast around 40,000 Barrels end of 2025

Jadestone are probanbly the cheapest oil and gas stock out there at the moment, when compared to a couple of peers,

PTAL produce around 12K BPD operating out of the Brazilian jungle, where the indigenous people sometimes hijack the cargo , struggle to get the oil to market when the rivers are low, MCAP £400 Million

GKP producing around 28K BPD operating in Kurdistan who have no means to pay, currently getting paid supplying to local refineries who take the oil of Thier hands for a pitiful $30 MCAP £260 Million (export pipeline remains shut) will of course re-rate massively once open again

JSE operating in Asia Pacific friendly jurisdiction. producing around 20K BPD equivalent receiving global prices will be adding another significant amount in the first half of 2024 MCAP £200 Million

if any one can find a cheaper oil and gas stock id be very interested to hear

When ?if it arrives will be the one which will win in the end, imo, China has a huge demand for Copper and Gold, it won't want to buy it through another major if it can buy it now at pre-production prices,

the other Majors will see the presence. of the Chinese in the DATA room as a huge threat to their bid plans, i could see at one time BHP and Newcrest carving this up between them, but not now the Chinese have shown interest.

Jiangxi Copper Company might just have 6% at the moment but im confident they will own more than BHP and Newcrest in the near future,

if you think a deal will eventually bear fruit, a superb buying opportunity under 8p imo, need to have patience of a saint though.as it could take another 1-3 years
