Yes the deal being worked on , will have a large liability. decoms bill attached, but if JSE can see a route to monetize that,

JSE are in a strong position with a very large Decoms fund already in the bank, and who is to say the decoms costs wont come in at lower costs than anticipated as technology moves forward and these costs are reduced in the future, ?

that could mean a large windfall for shareholders in the years ahead,
