I think Baghdad have come to realize, that the oil Has never really stopped flowing, !!!! they (Baghdad) are receiving no benefit whatsoever from current oil flows to local traders, at the same time having to fund the Kurdistan economy wages

They might as well try and get a deal, that they can control the return from the sale price of the oil through the exports, than let the current situation continue when they receive nothing!!!!

A little tick up to over $83, however JSE have had a great run since the start of the year with oil prices averaging around $85 over this period, but the main take is on Montara for instance we are getting around $4 above dated brent, with Stag premium recently $15.88 in March 2024 The PenMal assets where we have increased production by the successful drilling operations in late 2023 generated a recent premium of over $4 per barrel

generally a better picture going forward until first gas from AKATARA, with only 50% of oil being hedged to cover the RBL

Akatara will be so close to production now, i would say its going to be June for switch on, next week we will be in the month of June, with lots happening at Jadestone, we should get a couple of updates over the next few weeks,
